Envisioned designed and wrote the IRB for this pilot. Recruited and trained a team of medical students to perform data collection. Currently performing data analysis and statistical modeling to determine the impact of reliving the trauma via conversation on the patient’s emotional wellbeing. Other study objectives include using the conversations to assess their use in medical education- specifically for physician empathy.
